YOUR INSTRUCTORS

Sarah Geha is both a functional nutritionist and environmental toxins specialist. She is a Certified Nutrition Specialist ("CNS") and a Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist (“LDN”) in the state of Florida. Sarah has a Master of Science degree in Nutrition & Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health, a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University, an environmental toxins specialist certification, and a health coaching certificate from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (“IIN”) in New York City. Through years of working with clients and continuing her education, Sarah finally kicked almost every health issue she struggled with in her adult life. Fatigue, migraines, chronic weekly headaches, poor sleep, allergies, joint pain and back pain… she learned how to eliminate them all and feels the best she’s ever felt!

Kristen Manieri is a Habits Coach and author of Better Daily Mindfulness Habits. She has completed her International Coaching Federation credentialed courses with Adler Graduate Professional School and the Co-Active Training Institute, as well as ongoing studies in behavior change, mindfulness and human psychology with Rollins College, UC San Diego School of Medicine Center for Mindfulness, Mindful Leader and University of Central Florida. She gained her Habits Coaching training directly from BJ Fogg PhD., renowned Stanford University Behavior Scientist, and has developed her own, highly effective model of behavior change called The D.E.A.R.
