Do I need to book a discovery call in order to meet with you?
Usually, yes. If you want to book personalized nutrition services (the majority of my services), we need to speak on the phone to review your needs first.

Do you provide weight loss services?
In my one-on-one work, I specialize in working with the concept of root cause to manage chronic health problems. We work to figure out the root cause of your issues and use dietary modifications and lifestyle changes to help you heal. It is possible that you will lose weight as a result of cleaning up your diet and removing inflammatory foods, but I don’t offer meal plans or do calorie counting in these functional nutrition services. Do you take insurance?
Like the vast majority of functional practitioners, I do not accept insurance. However, if you would like to use your out-of-network benefits, or seek other methods of reimbursement from your insurance company, I can provide you with a “super bill” for my services. You can submit this to your insurance company, and I am licensed to provide nutrition services in the state of Florida.
In addition, I do accept payment via HSA (health savings accounts) and FSA (flexible spending accounts), although it is up to you to verify with your company that you are able to use these on my services.
